The housing that is to be responsible for mounting the barrel of the blowgun onto the shaft is completed.

The above housing has two holes: one for the barrel of the blowgun and another for the linear bearing. The linear bearing is snapped into place using C-clips. The bearing then goes onto a steel shaft that is fixated into the wall of the frame with custom made acrylic brackets. The shaft was fixed into place with set screws.

A 2 ''x 3/2"x1" piece was first milled out from an aluminum block. Then, holes were drilled out using the edge finder and the drill of the corresponding drill size. Then, the 1/2 ' thin wedge was sized using the endmill. This step was done last because we needed material support to drill the 19/32' hole through the block.
